With our experience we have developed two types of saw blades called CLASSIC and ATTACK, which, with identical quality and precision level, cover all cut needs and demands. The main difference between these two types of blade is the height of the PCD tips, which allow them the same cut quality and durability between re-sharpenings. The height only influences the number of re-sharpenings possible.
The selection of the saw blade, type CLASSIC (greater height) or ATTACK (reduced height) should be done in this order:

Las hojas de sierra PCD de Preziss Diamant para seccionadoras, Classic y Attack plus para cortar tableros de aglomerado individualmente o en paquetes junto con incisores. Para cortar tableros de aglomerado, tableros de fibra, materiales compuestos, plásticos, cemento reforzado con fibras, etc., adecuados para corte en bruto o acabado. Sierra PCD para máquinas de seccionadoras y máquinas verticales. Modelos Classic y Attack adecuados para todo tipo de materiales, incluyendo MDF, aglomerado, revestidos o lisos, tableros chapados, plásticos, acrílicos, laminados duros y abrasivos, materiales que contienen fibra de vidrio o carbono, perfiles y láminas de aluminio y PVC. Hojas de sierra PCD para máquinas tipo multiple, Paul, Wemhöner, ISE, adecuadas para el corte de paneles decorativos para la fabricación de parquet laminados.

Los incisores de PCD tipo cónico y el Ray II ajustable, funcionan como incisor guía por delante del corte principal en la parte inferior del panel.
